VOLUNTEER INFORMATION FOR SUMMER BLAST 2026!
Wednesday update!
See you tonight at 5:25!
*Wear your Summer Blast T-shirt!
*Don't forget to write a note on the cards to the kids.
Photos go in the cards with a glue dot on back or tape. If you need more cards, we are using colored cardstock cards located on the Welcome Center table. Adhesive is also available. Write on one side, adhere picture on the other. Give out the cards/photos to parents as they pick up their kids. Any remaining cards will be mailed by kids team.
*Rotations will be 5 minutes shorter tonight.
*Food and Games in the Grove!
*Parents will check out kids at 8:00 pm
*Families will sit together for Finale.
*See if we make our goal!
*Donate to our Missions goal! Support our kids!
*Help us organize and clean afterwards. Look for instructions on bins. Many hands make light work! THANK YOU!

ARRIVAL TIMES: (Mon- Wed)
NURSERY and PRESCHOOL: please arrive at 5:15 and you will go directly to your rooms. You will need to be prepared to receive the other volunteers' children.
CREW LEADERS: Arrive by 5:25 pm. Check in your nursery or preschool kids, and report to your crew row by 5:30 pm
Parents will arrive with their kids at 5:35.
BIBLE ADVENTURE and MISSIONS/CRAFTS: Arrive by 5:35 pm and go to your rooms to help prep for the night.
T-shirts: Pick up your Volunteer t-shirts at the the coffee counter. Shirts are only guaranteed If you signed up to volunteer prior to 6/22/26. We have a limited supply of additional shirts. Please ask for assistance.

Monday: Hotdogs/ Oranges
Tuesday: Nachos/ Bananas/Apples (For volunteers we will have a nacho bar with beef, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream)

8:15 PM PICK UP
